IF THE COMMUNITY WOULD LIKE IT'S, IT'S A NUMBER OF PAGES, VERY THICK.
ALL OF THE ACTIVITY AND THE STATEMENT OF INQUIRY THAT THEY WORKED ON.

THAT WAS ONE THING THAT THEY'VE BEEN MOVING FORWARD.
AND THEN ALSO BETTER FISCAL OVERSIGHT OF MANAGEMENT OF STATE OPERATING BUDGET.

THE AUDITORS HAD A CHANCE TO REVIEW CASH RECEIPTS, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SOFTWARE CONVERSION, WHICH WAS A BIG WIN THIS PAST YEAR. THE USE OF RESTRICTED FUNDS, OUR COMPLIANCE WITH BEING WITH THE COMPLIANCE WITH SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACTS, OUR SELF-INSURANCE OR UNEMPLOYMENT OUR OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT COMPLIANCE AND SOME FINANCIAL AND OUR FINANCIAL CONDITIONS.
WE CAME OUT WITH A CLEAN AUDIT AGAIN. SO MICHELLE, SHERRY, CINDY, EVERYBODY WHO'S BEEN INVOLVED IN THAT TEAM REALLY SHOULD BE QUITE PROUD OF THE WAY THEY'RE HANDLING BUSINESS AND MAKING SURE THAT WE'RE, WE'RE OPEN AND THAT WE'RE ACCOUNTING FOR ALL OF THOSE SYSTEMS. I CONTINUE TO BELIEVE THE SIMPLEST SOLUTION IS RETURNED TO A SINGLE, UNRESTRICTED PUBLIC COMMENT TIME AT THE PERIOD CONSISTENT, LIKE HOW WE'VE HAD BEFORE. EARLY IN THE AGENDA.
IF THE BOARD CHOOSES TO KEEP MULTIPLE COMMENT PERIODS, THEN THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST AN UNRESTRICTED PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY NEAR THE BEGINNING OF THE MEETING.
